Being a political activist, these poems are essentially to inspire people to challenge religious orthodoxy and feudal and neo-colonial systems. His poetry is appealing to all the oppressed sections of society and has helped to create a culture of resistance. In this section, we have acknowledged some of the translators, however, we need your help to identify and acknowledge many others. We are also keen to receive your contributions to this and other sections of the website.
